Friday, June 17th
Walk-ins ONLY from 11 am – 7 pm.   No appointment necessary.

For programs in English, please contact Cristina Alba @ ext. 238.
For bilingual programs (English and Spanish),
please contact Sandra Colindres @ ext. 242.

Please bring the following to complete your registration:
Parish Envelope #
Baptism Certificate (Even if your child was baptized at SJV)
Tuition Deposit
* Please note: Fees reflect the amount per child that the church pays to run the programs. In order to help the parish, we ask that families offer their financial support. If there are any financial hardships, payment plan options are available. The Ministry of Faith Formation never turns a child away for lack of payment.
